I haven't seen it yet, but for those who have, tell us your thoughts on the PPV. Heard TNA dropped the 6-sided ring and the debut of Mr. Anderson. But I've watched some guys thought on the PPV and it doesn't sound like a good show overall.

It was disappointing, the weekly shows were better than the actual PPV. Nice that they got rid of that old ring though, it was pretty ridiculous. Mr. Kennedy/Anderson's debut was nice but the match wasn't anything spectacular. Kurt vs. AJ 2 weeks ago was a better match and had a clean ending so I'm not sure why Ric Flair didn't interfere in that match leading to a rematch at the PPV. Overall, it reminded me of a WWE PPV, which is what I thought they were trying to avoid.

Compared to the past ppvs they had been having this one was average or below average. Anderson wasn't really a surprise and his match really wasn't anything special, only thing of note was a guy chanting cheater by himself when Anderson used the brass knucks. The past Angle/Styles matches were much better than this one, seemed as they had run out of things to do so they ended it with that. I like the heel combo of Styles and Flair, I really think they could be on to something there and is a very good way to use Flair during the time he is there. I also liked that Beer Money went over the "Band", really didn't expect them to put them over. Wolfe vs Pope was disappointing as I really don't like Wolfe's slight gimmick change and I've seen much better Wolfe matches. I wasn't able to see Kendrick/Red or the knockout match, so I can't say if they were good or not.

They claim to be doing this to give the fans choice, but as far as I can see, they are copying WWE.

The change from six sides to four was a horrible decision IMO. You clearly heard what the live audience thought of it. That is not responding to the fans requests, it is doing the opposite. Overall, the "PPV" didn't really feel like anything spectacular. The highlight for me was the debut of Mr.Anderson.

Turning Styles heel was a terrible decision IMO. It's not that he can't cut it as a heel, I think it was too abrupt. There wassn't alot of build up to it. Like it would have been better if we had seen Flair and Styles not seeing eye to eye at first. There was no clear explanation when Flair arrived why he forged an eligance with Styles. It just seems too random for me. TNAs standard seems to be slipping to me, instead of growing. IMO, they are doing everything they shouldn't be, and mentioning WWE in the opening segment was idiotic. Hogan should not be in the position he is, it just doesn't work for me. Bischoff, yes because he's a flipping legend...but Hogan...
He's a Vince wannabe.

They done several things well. Ken Andersons debut was epic, but the match was average. Bringing in Kendrick and not making him dance seemed silly to me. And, on top of all, they put Sean Waltmen in Scott Hall's place! (bravo TNA).
And is just me or does alot of TNA's themes sound like the superstars WWE theme raped? Example : Ric Flair.

Oh, and why the hell didn't they use Jeff Hardy? He's a big draw and it was their bad for not using him....unless he was in court lol.

Overall, I'm rather disapointed.

I think Hardy couldn't make it to the tapings last week, because of his whole court thing and I think that's the same reason why he didn't make it.
