TheGoofTroop: Good edit overall. much like your previous work, think your unique abilities stood out well here which made for an enjoyable watch. I did feel your editing seemed a little forced in the beginning, but gradually got better as the video went on. Feel like I'm repeating myself when reviewing your work, but just been loving the stuff you've been putting out lately and don't have much critique to give, lol. So keep at it.
STSMVS: Not a bad watch overall. As far as what was done, it's a decently made video. You profiled the wrestler well while highlighting her biggest career moment, just felt your editing lacked at times which could be a sign of you rushing this. Also thought you could've used more expressive shots of her to start this. Maybe instead of the title sequence, giving the viewer some shots of her would've established the character a bit more. Thought the immediate use of action footage was too sudden as I don't fully know who I'm watching yet. Just the little things that can help established the wrestler more that I believe you still have to work on, but still thought this was a nice watch overall.
I agree! Both of our videos were great! I really enjoyed yours as well. Such a shame no one cared for the exhibition except lee. I think it deserved more recognition. But hey.. We love to edit so im happy some people saw our videos
The GoofTroop v. StsMVs
GoofTroop- Wow. I never realized someone could take a tune that's so upbeat....and turn it into something that felt very artistic. That takes major skill. Pacing was fluid, syncing was solid & the use of effects were timed well w/o ruining the quality of the clips. Overall, it was a pretty fun watch from beginning to end. Would replay again in a heartbeat.
STS- I've been watching your content a lot & seen you gradually improve with each video release. This video definitely is proof of that. Pacing was a bit offkey at times, syncing was solid & the effects were used in a way that didn't come off either flashy or overly done. This video had minor flaws, but it was a good watch overall.
This match is a close one to call, but, as much as both videos had their own strengths, there can be only 1 vote. It goes to TheGoofTroop
